Reviews

In addition to our automated review system for individuals who purchase from our website, we have many who purchase from our booth at various vendor events and then email us their reviews.  Here is what they say:

1. I cannot recommend DocPens highly enough. In addition to offering quality fountain pens, he provides an exceptional level of customer service that is increasingly rare to find. Since purchasing my pen, he has addressed every question or issue I have had promptly and without hesitation. He is consistently courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure his customers have a positive experience.

What stands out most is that DocPens does not simply sell a pen and move on. He takes the time to ensure that his customers understand how to use and care for their pens, and he is always willing to help troubleshoot any concerns that come up along the way. It is clear that he truly wants his customers to enjoy their pens with confidence rather than worry about something going wrong or not knowing what to do.

That kind of professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to customer satisfaction deserves recognition. If you are looking for someone who not only offers fountain pens but also stands behind them with outstanding support, I would highly recommend DocPens.

2. I absolutely LOVE IT!!! it came yesterday and I am having so much fun. I was going to write you a letter with it, then I saw this email tonight. So, I will save details for the letter…but THANK YOU! What a fun, new toy.

6. I just got back from our conference. Wow! What a great event. Anyway, I lost my wonderful pen! I love it too much to be without. Please make me another one and feel free to ship both in one package when it is done. No great hurry.

7. I have used the pen daily, even though I have another 6 on my desk.

8. The pen writes like a dream! The tines were a little misaligned at first but after a few minutes of tinkering it is now my favorite pen! Might have to send you a couple more that I think have minor issues because now I want all my pens to write like this! :) Thank you,
