Pen Repairs

Yes, Doc Pens repairs pens!  Whether you need a good cleaning and sac repair or your nib needs work, we can handle most repairs.  If we can’t there is no charge other than shipping back to you which is usually $8. 

We work on all contemporary and vintage pens, however we do not work on any vacuum fillers at this time other than their nibs and feeds.  Quotes are always provided before work commences and we work fast. Typical turnaround is 2 days after parts are ordered and received(if parts are required.)

Some typical repairs:

• Sac replacement for lever or button fillers (typical cost $25+shipping)
• Nib/feed issues (can vary but usually $25 labor plus parts if needed)
• Cleaning, restoring metal sheen, polish ($25)

Process for starting your repair

Send an email to us at docpens@pm.me with the following information:

1. Pen model
   
2. Problem you are having and what you have tried
   
3. Your phone and email address
   
4. Method you would use for payment so an invoice can be sent:  Cashapp,
5. Venmo, Zelle, Paypal - include your handle
   
6. Print this info and put it in the box as well along with your mailing address so we know where to send your pen back to.
   
7. Please email us the tracking number so we can be ready to receive it.
